I think these are ceramic trays with a marble paint? Mine came with some small blemishes, but it works just fine once you put stuff on it. I use mine for earrings and rings.

these are veeeery sturdy and won't blow over, but they're very heavy at the same time. Due to the fabric being plastic, it can get a bit hard to fold back.
